A local and responsive charity, working in Ladywood and surrounding areas. We provide a range of projects that support people who are experiencing a variety of challenges, and encourage people to volunteer their time and skills to help their neighbours.

Building friendships and community through home visits, group activities and visits

Helping with small practical issues including provision of baby essentials through Karis Baby Bank

A professional and confidential NHS service that provides mental health support

Strengthening existing connections and resources and helping to build new ones

Karis BeFriends

Offering befriending and neighbourly support for older people. We can help you get out and about to social activities.

Listening & Guidance

A safe space to explore issues that are important to you, particularly around loss. This service is delivered by Chaplains for Wellbeing and takes place at Karis Medical Centre.
